Without a production workspace
Work leaks into the gaps.
- You copy crew changes between a sheet and a group chat.
- Your multi-day dates and deadlines are impossible to scan in a list.
- Review feedback reaches your coordinator before it reaches the editor.
With FlowShot
The next action stays visible.
- Keep project chat beside assignments and files.
- See events and deadlines in the calendar.
- Send review notes directly into the production context.
Current launch workspace
Projects, people, communication, and review.
The same project record drives the production board, crew assignments, dates, conversations, files, and review activity your team can use now.
Before you switch
The questions that come up first.
- One day, three venues, three crews. What does that look like?
- Each production is its own project carrying its own shooting day: the venue from your venue list, the crew assigned by role, the equipment, and a timeline of times and events. Open that date in the calendar and all three sit beside each other, each with its own running order.
- We book someone for a single event. Do they need a place on the plan?
- Only if they need to log in. Inviting someone gives them access and uses one of the plan’s places; recording them on the roster instead takes no email invite, no system access and no place, and you can still assign them to the shoot.
- How do I find one project among hundreds?
- Search matches the project name and the client name, and the board filters narrow further by project type, format, team member and date range. When the season gets dense, the same projects switch to a table view where they are rows instead of cards.
- What does an assistant see, and what does the owner see?
- That is set per person rather than per role. A new member starts on assigned-only — they see and edit the projects they are on and nothing else — and the client info tab, with contact details and payment, is a separate switch that starts off. Grant the right to create and delete projects and that person gets full read and edit access across the workspace.
