What reviewers and editors need to know.

Does the reviewer need a FlowShot account?
Yes. Review pages are an internal team tool, so the reviewer is someone the owner invited into the workspace — a videographer, an editor, an assistant. They sign in and work under the studio subscription and never pay for their own, but they do take one of the people included in the plan: two on Solo, four on Studio, seven on Pro, ten on Max, counting the owner. Free is a single person, so review there is a solo workflow.
Can reviewers comment from a phone?
Yes. The responsive review page supports text comments and touch drawing from a mobile browser.
What are the upload limits?
Review pages are on every plan, Free included. The per-file upload limit follows the plan: 1 GB on Free, 10 GB on Solo, and 20 GB on Studio, Pro and Max. Included storage runs from 100 GB on Solo to 1 TB on Max.
What happens to comments when a new cut is uploaded?
Comments remain attached to the version where they were created. The team can retain the review history without presenting an old timestamp as feedback on the new edit.
Can the studio translate review comments?
Yes. DeepL translation is available to the studio team inside video review. FlowShot keeps the original comment visible alongside the translated text.
