How does FlowShot's 14-day free trial work?

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You get full access to FlowShot for 14 days: video review, delivery galleries, 3 team seats, and 10 GB of storage. Enter payment details at the end to continue on Starter, Pro, or Business; if you don't, nothing charges.

Do you charge per seat, or per plan?

Per plan, with base-seat counts and a hard ceiling. Starter includes 1 seat and scales to 3. Pro includes 3 seats and scales to 8. Business includes 7 seats and scales to 20. Extra seats are pay-as-you-go — $12/mo on Starter, $8/mo on Pro, $5/mo on Business. No metered enterprise pricing.

Who can use a custom domain?

Custom domain is Business-only. Point portal.your-studio.com (or any subdomain you own) at FlowShot using the DNS records the setup wizard gives you. HTTPS provisioned automatically. Proposals, contracts, invoices, and delivery galleries all open on your domain. Starter and Pro host on a FlowShot-served URL, still fully branded via your Brand Kit.

Which plan do I need for video review?

Starter and above. Video upload, streaming, timestamped comments, and frame drawings are on Starter. DeepL translation across chat, photo review (client+studio), video review (studio team), and team posts (30 languages) is also available from Starter, so international freelancers can read team feedback on any paid plan.

How does storage work?

Each paid plan includes a base allotment (Starter 50 GB, Pro 200 GB, Business 500 GB). Add 50 GB blocks at $10/mo (Starter), $7/mo (Pro), or $5/mo (Business). Storage is shared across all projects in the organization. Video masters can live on your existing backup — you only need to upload the deliver-to-client versions.

Do you offer a discount for annual billing?

Yes. The prices on this page are the standard monthly rates ($25 / $49 / $89). Pay annually and get 2 months free: Starter $250/yr, Pro $490/yr, Business $890/yr. Roughly 17% off versus month-to-month.

What if my team needs more than 20 seats?

Business is the current top tier (up to 20 seats, custom domain, webhooks, priority support). For teams above 20 seats or with custom requirements, email hello@flowshot.com and we handle these on a case-by-case basis.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, any time. Upgrade is immediate and prorated. Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No downgrade penalty. Data and projects are preserved across plan changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe handles billing — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, SEPA direct debit (EU), Apple Pay, Google Pay. For Enterprise we can invoice via bank transfer with NET-30 terms.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Cancel any time. Your data is preserved until the end of the billing period and can be exported (clients, projects, contracts as PDFs). Delivery galleries follow the standard retention pipeline; download originals before the grace window ends.
