Can I download a 4K original on a 1080p playback plan?

Yes. Every plan includes original downloads at the uploaded resolution, including 4K. Free, Solo and Studio play video at up to 1080p; Pro, Max and the 7-day trial include playback up to 4K. Playback quality depends on the source. After upgrading, choose Prepare 4K on an older video to create its 4K playback version.

Which plan fits my studio?

Capacity answers it. The CRM, Google Drive and Dropbox folders and custom gallery domains need a paid plan; Google Calendar and Apple Calendar sync are on every plan, Free included. From Solo up the plans differ by storage, people, organizations and video playback quality. Pro and Max include 4K playback. Solo at $25 suits one person and an editor with a couple of shoots a month. Studio at $49 fits a steady weekly schedule with four people. Pro at $69 and Max at $99 are for busy studios and full crews.

Can I add more storage or another person without changing plans?

Each storage block adds 100 GB of storage for $10/month, or $8/month billed annually. Solo allows 2 blocks, Studio 3, Pro 5 and Max 20. Each extra person also costs $10/month, or $8/month billed annually: one extra on Solo, up to 20 on Studio, Pro and Max. Add-ons follow your plan's billing period.

When does Pro make more sense than Studio with extra people?

Studio with two extra people costs $69/month and covers six people. Pro costs the same and includes seven people, 600 GB instead of 400 GB, three organizations instead of one, and 4K playback. On yearly billing the two also match, at $55/month billed annually.

Does each organization get its own storage and people allowance?

Organizations separate your brands, teams or cities. Solo and Studio include one, Pro up to three and Max up to five. Storage and people are shared across all organizations owned by your account. The owner is included in the people allowance, and the same person in several organizations counts once.

Is photo and video review really on the free plan?

Yes. Free includes 5 GB, two projects, the complete photo and video review workflow, and Client Gallery for finished photos and films. Review media on Free is archived after 30 days; the project, comments and timecodes stay. Client galleries are not archived after 30 days.

Is Client Gallery included in every plan?

Yes. Every plan, including Free, lets you send the couple one private Client Gallery for photos and films. The Free gallery carries a Powered by FlowShot footer; paid plans do not.

Is the CRM included, or is it a separate subscription?

Included. Solo, Studio, Pro and Max come with the CRM: an inquiry form, a leads board, and one document with the quote, contract and payment plan that your client signs online. The 7-day trial includes it too; the Free plan does not. Your clients pay you directly, and you confirm each payment they report.

Can I use my own domain for a Client Gallery?

Yes. Paid plans can connect one custom domain per organization for Client Gallery. Free and Trial galleries use a FlowShot address. Existing FlowShot gallery links continue to work.

How is storage measured?

Storage counts the photo sets and video cuts uploaded for review and the original photos in your client galleries. Previews and download copies do not count. Existing media stays available as you work, and finished projects can be deleted when you want to free capacity for new work.

Can I try a paid plan before choosing one?

Yes. Activate a 7-day trial inside FlowShot with 10 GB and three people. The trial includes three organizations, 4K playback and the CRM. No card is required.

Do annual plans receive a discount?

Yes. Paying yearly costs about 20% less than twelve monthly payments. A yearly plan is one charge for the whole year: Solo $240 a year ($20 a month, save $60); Studio $468 a year ($39 a month, save $120); Pro $660 a year ($55 a month, save $168); Max $948 a year ($79 a month, save $240). Add-ons follow your plan's billing period and get the same discount: a storage block or an extra person is $8 a month, charged as $96 once a year. The plan cards show the per-month price; the full amount is shown at checkout.

Are taxes included in these prices?

Prices are tax-exclusive. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location and business details.

Can I move to a larger plan later?

Yes. Choose a larger plan in Billing settings and the additional capacity becomes available immediately. The billing adjustment covers only the remaining part of your current paid period.

How do cancellation and refunds work?

You can cancel from Billing settings and keep access through the paid period. The first charge on an account has a 7-day refund window, while billing errors and duplicate charges are corrected whenever they occur.
