A few practical things

Know what you’re getting.

Is there a CRM, or only production tools?

Both. The CRM takes inquiries, sends one document with the quote, contract and payment plan to sign online, and turns a booking into a project. It is included on Solo, Studio, Pro and Max and in the 7-day trial. The production side runs projects, crew, communication, questionnaires and photo and video review, and the finished photos and films go to your client in a private Client Gallery on every plan.

Does everyone need their own subscription?

No. Invited teammates work under the workspace subscription and use its included places. One person can belong to several studios with the same account.

What is included on Free?

Free includes one person, two active projects, 5 GB of storage, photo and video review and the Client Gallery. Review media is archived after 30 days; the project, comments and timecodes stay. Cloud folders require a paid plan; Google Calendar and Apple Calendar sync are included.
