Is FlowShot a CRM or delivery-gallery platform?
Not in the current launch. FlowShot is focused on production planning, team coordination, cloud media, and review.
What connects the modules?
The project record. Its stage, dates, assigned crew, chat, files, and review activity stay together so the board and the review page describe the same piece of work.
Can I use FlowShot with both staff and freelancers?
Yes. Owners invite teammates into the workspace and assign them by role. My Assignments gives each person one list of their assigned projects, including work across multiple studios.
Which features change by plan?
The production workspace — board, crew, calendar, chat, files — and photo and video review are on every plan, Free included. What changes is capacity: storage, how many people the workspace holds, and monthly playback traffic. Two features need a paid plan: Google Drive and Dropbox folders, and Google Calendar sync.
