- Is FlowShot one integrated product or several separate apps?
- One product. Each module shares the same project record, the same client, the same calendar, the same brand kit. Switching from the proposal to the contract to the invoice to the delivery gallery is just a tab change, not a separate login.
- Can I turn off modules I don't use?
- Yes. Every Client Portal module (Proposal, Contract, Invoice, Questionnaire, Delivery) toggles on or off per project. If you don't send proposals, hide the module across your studio with one setting. If a specific corporate client only needs an invoice, send them just the invoice.
- How much does FlowShot cost, and is there a free trial?
- Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Starter is $25/month (unlimited projects, video review, delivery galleries, 50 GB storage). - How do these modules talk to each other?
- Everything routes through the project record. A signed contract auto-drafts the next invoice. An approved proposal auto-drafts the contract and the retainer + balance invoices. An approved video review can flip the project to a status that pings your editor on Telegram. Marking the balance invoice paid updates the project status; you then send the delivery link manually. These are wired natively — no Zapier flows needed.
