Terms of Service
Last updated: August 6, 2026
By using FlowShot you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About FlowShot
FlowShot (“FlowShot”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a project-management platform designed for video production and photography professionals. The current public service includes project planning, team collaboration, cloud media, and browser-based review pages.
By creating an account or using the service, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use FlowShot. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@flowshot.space if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
One account may belong to multiple organisations (depending on your plan). Each organisation's data is isolated and accessible only to its authorised team members.
4. Your data
Your data remains your property. FlowShot does not claim ownership over any content you upload, create, or store in the platform — including projects, contacts, videos, photos, comments, and files.
You grant FlowShot a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload and that your use of FlowShot does not violate any applicable laws.
5. Plans, billing, and payment
FlowShot offers paid subscription plans (Solo, Studio, Pro and Max) billed monthly or annually, alongside a limited free plan. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and exclude any VAT or sales tax applicable in your jurisdiction.
Subscription payments, when enabled, are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and sells the subscription to you on our behalf. By subscribing, you authorise Creem to charge your payment method on the recurring billing cycle you select. FlowShot does not store payment card details.
Subscription renewals are automatic. You may cancel at any time through the hosted billing portal. The cancellation's effective date and access period are shown there before you confirm it.
Suspension, throttling, or temporary disablement of media streaming for fair-use violations does not entitle you to a refund, partial refund, credit, or extension of your subscription.
6. Free plan
FlowShot may offer a limited Free plan without requiring a payment method. The current Free plan is limited to one workspace, two projects in total, and 2 GB of storage. Photo and video Review Pages are included; additional team seats require a paid plan. Current limits are also shown in the product and may change with notice.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and the circumstances of the charge. We do not advertise a blanket money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy or contact support@flowshot.space for assistance.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use FlowShot to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Distribute malware, spam, or phishing material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other organisations' data or our infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.
- Resell or sublicence the service without our written consent.
- Generate abnormal playback or bandwidth patterns inconsistent with end-client viewing — for example, automated scripts, public re-broadcasting, or sharing access credentials with the general public.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent password gates, access tokens, or view-limit mechanisms protecting private review content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
9. Fair use of media streaming
FlowShot enforces operational fair-use limits on media streaming (bandwidth, view counts, playback frequency) to protect the platform from abuse and to ensure consistent service for all users. We may automatically throttle, suspend, or temporarily disable playback for individual videos, review pages, or accounts when activity is inconsistent with normal reviewer usage. Specific thresholds are operational parameters we adjust over time and are not part of any subscription tier guarantee. Suspension or throttling for fair-use violations does not entitle you to a refund, partial refund, credit, or extension of your subscription.
10. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. FlowShot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant or guarantee any specific bandwidth, view-count, or playback-frequency level. Subscription tiers grant access to features and storage; media-streaming limits are operational fair-use parameters that may be adjusted at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowShot's total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to FlowShot in the 12 months preceding the claim. FlowShot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
12. Termination
You may delete your account from the account settings after disabling automatic renewal for any active paid subscription. This prevents future charges after the account and its billing link are removed. Upon deletion, your data is purged within 30 days (see Privacy Policy for retention details). We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
