When a HoneyBook project reaches the stage you choose, Zapier creates the FlowShot project with the client, date, location and project type. The studio owner or a co-owner sets it up in Settings → Integrations and signs in to FlowShot from Zapier. No key to copy.
It runs one way, HoneyBook to FlowShot, and needs a Zapier account. Imported projects count toward your plan like any other project.

Pick the Dubsado status that should start the work, for example Shot. When a project reaches it, Zapier creates the FlowShot project with the client's name, email and phone, the date and the venue with its address. Earlier statuses create nothing.
The studio owner or a co-owner sets it up from Settings → Integrations: map one value from Dubsado, type the status, choose Video, Photo or both. It runs one way, Dubsado to FlowShot, and needs a Zapier account plus an API key from Dubsado's settings. Imported projects count toward your plan like any other project.

What connects. What stays yours.
Does FlowShot replace Google Drive or Dropbox?
No. FlowShot organizes the production record and links it to the project folder in the storage provider your team already uses. It is not a general-purpose replacement for your archive or RAW backup.
What do the Drive and Dropbox connections handle?
Connect one active provider for your organization, choose the parent folder, and save your naming and subfolder template. With automatic folders enabled, creating a project creates its folder structure and links it to that project. Your files stay in your own storage.
Can I bring projects in from HoneyBook or Dubsado via Zapier, or from other tools?
Yes, one way. The FlowShot Zapier app creates a FlowShot project when a HoneyBook project reaches the stage you choose, or when a Dubsado project reaches the status you choose. Status changes before that one create nothing, and the same project is never created twice. If you would rather keep inquiries, contracts and payments in FlowShot, the FlowShot CRM is included on Solo and up. For tools like Make or n8n, the studio owner or a co-owner can create an API key in Settings → Integrations; it can create projects and read the lists needed for that, nothing more. There is no general public API.
