How notes reach the editor

In Premiere Pro, a note sits beside the timeline and jumps to its frame; the editor can send a new cut from that panel. Photo editors on macOS can see corrections in Lightroom Classic.

VIDEO REVIEW

The board moves when a video finishes processing

Common questions

Do my clients need an account?

No. They open your private link and watch in the browser. The first time they leave a note, they confirm their name and email with a code.

Can one gallery hold the photos and the film?

Yes. The photos and the films from the day live in one gallery, behind one link.

Where do the client’s notes go?

Into the project’s review, on the photo or the moment they mean. Your team is notified. Notes on a film sent from review also appear in the FlowShot panel for Premiere Pro.

Is FlowShot a video editor?

No. Keep editing in Premiere Pro, Lightroom or your usual tools. FlowShot handles the project around the edit, the notes and the client gallery.

Does FlowShot have a CRM?

Yes, on Solo and up and in the 7-day trial. Take inquiries with your own form, send one document with the quote, contract and payment plan to sign online, and confirm payments as they come in. A booking creates the project. If you stay on HoneyBook or Dubsado, a Zapier connection can create the FlowShot project from there instead.

Is FlowShot only for weddings?

No. We started with weddings, and the same flow works for portraits, events, brand and real estate shoots — photo, video or both.

Can I start for free?

Yes. Free includes client galleries and review for one person, two active projects and 5 GB of storage. Review media is archived after 30 days, while projects and notes remain. To invite your editor or use the CRM, paid plans start at $25/month.
