Without a production workspace
Work leaks into the gaps.
- Every studio you work with sends the job through a different chat thread.
- Revision notes reach you with no project attached.
- You cannot see what is active across studios in one place.
With FlowShot
The next action stays visible.
- Open the project chat and review from the assignment.
- Keep versions and timestamped feedback together.
- See cross-studio work in My Assignments.
Current launch workspace
Projects, people, communication, and review.
The same project record drives the production board, crew assignments, dates, conversations, files, and review activity your team can use now.
Before you switch
The questions that come up first.
- A studio invited me. Do I need my own subscription?
- No. You work inside the studio’s workspace on the studio’s plan and take one of the places they already pay for. Joining a second and a third studio costs you nothing either — each one invites you from its own subscription.
- Can I see work from several studios in one list?
- Yes, that is what My Assignments is for. It gathers the projects assigned to you from every studio you belong to into one list with the studio’s name on each row, so you do not switch workspaces to find out what is due.
- What happens to my access when the job is over?
- Nothing, until somebody acts. You can hide a finished project from your list and bring it back later from the Hidden button, and your access to the studio itself ends only when you leave the organization or the owner removes you from the team.
- Can I work through revision notes from my phone?
- Yes. The review page is responsive: on a phone you read the notes, reply in the thread and draw on the frame by touch. Photo corrections behave the same way, so a set does not have to wait until you are back at the desk.
