FlowShot
For wedding photographers

Know what is shot, culled, editing, and waiting on a decision.

FlowShot replaces the production spreadsheet with a board built around dates, roles, assignments, project chat, and the work currently in motion.

Without a production workspace

Work leaks into the gaps.

  • Your year lives in a spreadsheet nobody keeps current.
  • Your second shooters and editors get their context in separate messages.
  • The details that decide a shoot sit in notes only you can find.
With FlowShot

The next action stays visible.

  • See the year on the project calendar.
  • Assign photographers and editors by role.
  • Pin important custom fields to the project card.

Projects, people, communication, and review.

The same project record drives the production board, crew assignments, dates, conversations, files, and review activity your team can use now.

Before you switch

The questions that come up first.

How do I hand a set to my retoucher for corrections?
You upload the set to the project and open it as a photo review. Corrections are left on the frame itself — a comment, a drawing, a voice note or an attached reference — and each one gets marked resolved by whoever fixed it, so the open count is the work still left.
What happens to ratings and filters?
Stars run one to five and stay on the frame. The gallery filters by any combination of ratings and by review status — All, Needs Work, Done — and sorts by rating or by Updated first, which raises the frames that came back with the latest round of revisions.
How much room does one wedding gallery take?
Storage runs from 100 GB on Solo to 1 TB on Max, and what you upload for review is a web-sized set rather than the full RAW take. One thing worth planning for: when a retoucher replaces a frame, the earlier file is kept so you can compare before and after, and both count against the workspace.
Can two of us work on the Solo plan?
Yes. Solo covers two people including you, which is exactly the shape of a photographer plus a retoucher. Free is a single person with no team invitations, so a second pair of hands is usually the first reason to leave it.
