UNLOCKEDPassword, expiration, downloads — you decide.
Every gallery ships with a full set of access controls you can set per project. Gate with a password for discretion. Set an expiration so the link stops working after the album cycle. Turn downloads off if you only want the client to pick favourites for a printed product.
- Password-protected with shareable recovery link
- Expiration date with auto-lock
- Download permissions: off / web / original
You decide when the gallery goes out.
The delivery page is sent by you, not by automation. Mark the balance invoice paid first, then send the link. Or send right away on day one for trusted clients. The send button is yours, the timing is yours, the leverage stays where it belongs.
- Manual send — gallery link goes out on your click
- Pair with the balance invoice in your own workflow
- Resend the link any time the client misplaces it
- Per-delivery expiration date if you want a hard cutoff

Common questions about gallery delivery.
- How many photos can a FlowShot delivery gallery hold?
- No hard cap on image count. A typical wedding of 800 edited JPEGs runs 2–4 GB compressed for web plus originals. Starter 50 GB, Pro 200 GB, Business 500 GB. Expand in 50 GB blocks: $10/mo Starter, $7 Pro, $5 Business.
- Can clients download full-resolution photos from FlowShot galleries?
- Yes, unless you turn it off. Downloads are toggled per section. When enabled, clients download the original file you uploaded.
- When should I send the delivery link?
- Whenever you decide the timing is right. Common pattern: send after the balance invoice is paid, so payment and delivery stay aligned. The send button is yours, the timing is yours. Resend the link any time the client misplaces it.
- Can I customise the gallery per project?
- Yes. Layout (gallery, grid, slideshow, fullscreen), cover image, favourites on/off, downloads on/off, password, expiration. Save configurations as Templates so future projects start pre-configured.
- Does the gallery work on mobile?
- Yes. Mobile-first — tested on iPhone and Android. Lazy-loaded thumbnails, lightbox with swipe, tap-to-favourite. Clients can download individual images to Camera Roll without leaving the browser.
