    Point portal.your-studio.com at FlowShot using the DNS records the setup wizard gives you. HTTPS provisions automatically. If you'd rather not — every portal also lives on a FlowShot-served URL by default.

Can I host the FlowShot client portal on my own domain?
Yes. Point any subdomain you control (portal.your-studio.com, clients.your-studio.com, or whatever you prefer) at FlowShot using the DNS records the setup wizard gives you. HTTPS is provisioned automatically. Every link your client receives — proposal, contract, invoice, gallery — opens on your domain.
Which FlowShot plan includes a custom domain for the client portal?
Custom domain (portal.your-studio.com or any subdomain you own) is Business-only at $89/month. Starter and Pro host the portal on a FlowShot-served URL that is still fully branded with your logo, colours, and typeface. All paid plans include the full client portal feature set.
Can I hide modules I don't use?
Yes. Every module toggles on or off per project, and you can hide one across the whole studio by default in Client Portal Defaults. If you don't run proposals, the Proposal module never appears.
What does the client need to install or sign up for?
Nothing. The client opens the portal link, optionally enters a one-time code we email them for verification, and the portal works. No account, no password to remember, no app to install. Mobile-first, designed to load on a wedding planner's phone in a noisy venue.
Can I customise the portal per project type?
Yes. Use Proposal Templates and Portal Templates to create starting-point configurations per project type (Wedding, Commercial, Corporate event). When you create a project, pick the template and the portal pre-fills with the right modules, branding, and copy.
