For your production team

Photo review.
Every correction on the exact photo.

Photo review is where your team goes through a set of photos before the work leaves production. Comment and draw on the exact photo, and the correction stays with it instead of scattering across chat.

What it is

A workspace for your team,
before the client sees anything.

Photo review is an internal review page where your team goes through a set of photos before the work leaves production. Reviewers move between a filmstrip or grid, leave comments attached to a specific photo, draw on the image, reply in context and resolve corrections.

  • Filter to open comments, sort the latest revision first, zoom and pan.
  • Open annotations group into a corrections list.
  • Replace a photo without losing its comment thread.
  • One Approve gallery button signs off the set. Once it is approved, Send back for changes notifies whoever uploaded it.

Who it is for

For photographers and retouchers
working from the same set.

Corrections that stay put.

A note lands on the actual photo, not in a chat thread or a spreadsheet row that drifts out of sync with the edit.

One workspace, both mediums.

Combined photo and video teams review photos and video in the same project.

Reply, resolve, reopen.

Reply to the original note, mention a teammate, resolve it when the change is done, reopen it if it needs another pass.

On every plan

Free included.
Paid plans add capacity.

Photo review comes with every plan on sale, Free included. Plans differ in storage and team size, not in whether review is available. On Free, review media is archived after 30 days; the project, comments and approvals stay.

Where it lives

Opened from the project.

A signed-in workspace member opens a review page from the project card. Photo review has no sidebar entry of its own, by design: it belongs to the project it reviews.

Photo review FAQ

Before your next review round.

Is this a separate product from video review?

No. Photo review lives in the same project as video review, on the same team workspace. There is one Review surface; this page describes its photo side.

Does the reviewer need a FlowShot account?

Yes. Photo review is an internal team tool. A reviewer is a member of your workspace and counts toward the people included in your plan.

Is photo review on the free plan?

Yes, every plan on sale includes it, Free included. The paid boundary is capacity (storage and people), not review itself. On Free, review media is archived after 30 days; the project, comments and approvals stay.

Is this the gallery my client sees?

No. Photo review is the internal workflow your team uses before anything ships. The client-facing surface is Client Gallery, which has its own page (linked below).

Bring corrections to the photo, not the chat.

Photo review is included on Free. Upgrade when you need more teammates and media capacity.
